We are currently achieving initial order completion of 98% with balances following within 7 days, subject to availability.

Our office is open Monday - Friday 9.15 am to 5.15 p.m. and is operated by professional, competent and above all friendly colleagues who are ready to help.

We have representatives that will call to you as often as required and never without an appointment.

All jewellery is supplied in quality presentation boxes with display pad which maximises any potential sales.

Tiaras are delivered boxed except lines that are under £5.00.

We always have a policy of no minimum order even for telephone reorders and units of one are more than
acceptable.

All goods supplied shall remain the property of G & S Designs until full payment is made, in default of which
G & S Designs shall be entitled to enter upon any premises of the purchaser or where the goods maybe and recover them.

Any delivery discrepancies must be notified within 7 days of invoice to G&S Designs.

Carriage will be charged as follows
Orders up to: -

£50.00 will carry a £2.00 charge and will be delivered by Royal Mail up to 1KG.

£500.00 will carry a £6.00 charge and will be delivered by courier.

Deliveries that consist of mainly display boxes will be charged at £7.00 per parcel up to 20kg.

Orders over this amount will be carriage free. These above charges are applicable to the pre-vat figure and not the total invoice.

For deliveries outside England, Wales or Scotland please enquire for carriage charges.

Our account terms are as follows: -

Initial orders work on a cheque or card payment before the first order is delivered. From second order customers are offered a 30 day account. Accounts must be settled on time if we are to offer this facility and maybe withdrawn if not adhered to. If an account is overdue then an administration charge maybe applied to the account.

On receipt of your order please notify us straight away of any problems so that we are able to promptly rectify them. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products so we are pleased to offer a 90 day replacement period from date of order. This does not apply to feather fascinators where a
7 day rule applies from invoice date. Any 'special' orders placed cannot be returned.

We are continually looking to improve our range and usually have two major new line launches a year so have lots of new lines every time we come to see you.

We try to ensure a minimum availability life of any of our products of twelve months. This is so repeat orders can be made throughout the year in confidence. Unfortunately there are certain lines which are removed to make way for new lines to enter the system but we do endeavour to supply for as long as possible on every single line.
